Ahmed F. Tariq, a founding member at ISAT CPAS LLC, leverages nearly a decade of experience in tax compliance, tax resolution, tax planning and business management and consulting. His practice focuses on serving small and mid-sized businesses, and their owners across several industries. He frequently represents clients during audits with federal and state taxing authorities.

Ahmed focuses on creating and maintain strong relationships with his client with the ultimate goal of assisting them achieve their short term and long-term objectives. His highly personalized and proactive approach has created long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Ahmed works closely with his clients and understands the importance of a timely response. As a trusted advisor, he prioritizes, creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and confidence.

Prior to establishing ISAT CPAS LLC, Ahmed played a prominent role in the field of tax and accounting within several regional accounting firms in NYC.

Ahmed expertise extends to:

• Representing clients in federal and state audits and in resolving compliance issues
• Identifying tax appropriate business entity structures for new business owners
• Identifying and pursuing tax planning opportunities to preserve and grow business and personal wealth

Ahmed earned his bachelor’s in accounting from Baruch College. He is licensed as a CPA in New York State.
