Imran Sharif is a Founding and Managing Member at ISAT CPAs LLC. Mr. Imran has over 5 years of experience in tax planning and business consulting across various industries. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in private equity fund accounting.

Due to his diverse experience, Imran has enabled ISAT clients to realize significant tax savings through appropriate consultation and Income tax planning. His expertise lies in business consulting, sales tax compliance, income tax compliance and income tax planning to a wide variety of clients in industries that include healthcare and pharmaceutical, construction and real estate, restaurants, management companies and individuals. As a business consultant, Imran has helped clients analyze proper structures for business expansion and business succession.

Throughout his professional career, he has provided clients with a broad range of services to help them achieve their goals, such as the preparation of financial statements, business planning, assistance and consulting for the bookkeeping of complex transactions and assistance with day-to-day business operations.

Prior to launching ISAT, Mr. Imran was a Director at The Blackstone Group in the Real Estate division and preceding Blackstone, Mr. Imran served as an Assistance Vice President at Credit Suisse in the Asset management Division.
